Production time
All Next Progression products are made on demand by our print partner. 
Most orders enter production within 1 business day of being placed, with 
production typically completed in 2–7 business days.

Shipping time (after production)
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days

Total order time (production + shipping)
Most US orders arrive within 5–15 business days of being placed. 
International orders can take up to a month depending on destination 
and customs.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and 
the products in your cart. 

FREE SHIPPING on US orders over $75.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or stuck packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window and tracking 
hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email NextProgression1@gmail.com 
with your order number — we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.

International customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, 
or fees levied by their country. These are not included in our shipping 
charges and are collected by your local customs authority.
